If there is a mistake on our end, for example, if you are sent the wrong products or anything of that nature, we will ask you to send the products back within 48 HOURS of receiving the package. If you do not do so, we are no longer able to accept the products back. After providing proof, we will then credit you the amount originally spent. You will receive this credit via email and a card in the mail.
No cash refunds will be given. A store credit refund will be issued.
